Upgrade your Car Wash with Our New Detergent Line and WashTech Program

At Tommy Car Wash Systems we never settle with the status quo. In our quest for continuous improvement, James Crane, Tommy’s Wash Tech Manager and his team have been hard at work developing innovative, new detergent products and programs for our customers.

Our New Line of Tommy’s Detergents

After over a year of extensive testing and reformulating, the team at Tommy’s recently released a line of four new concentrated detergent formulas for our customers to greatly improve wash quality. In addition to improved wash quality, our testing both internally and at select franchise locations determined we were able to wash significantly more vehicles per 30-gallon barrel of detergent. These detergents include:

  • Tommy Presoak –

    A new concentrated formula thatsprayers-close-up is significantly more caustic and able to break down acidic materials more optimally, while still maintaining a higher PH.

  • Tommy Brite –

    The new brite formula greatly reduces excess foam in the wash and has phenomenal rinsing capabilities while reducing overall consumption by approximately 75%.

  • Tommy Drying Agent –

    Our drying agent tremendously cuts back on spotting on vehicles while offering superior defoaming capabilities and reducing overall consumption by well over 100%.

  • Tommy Guard –

    The staple of the 2020 detergent lineup. With ceramic properties and excellent hydrophobic capabilities, it greatly improves the overall shine and dry of vehicles.

Tommy’s has also begun testing the Hydraflex Versadial, an innovative way to dilute detergents with pinpoint precision in the wash. You can expect to see this fully rolled out this year in 2021!

Tommy’s New Wash Tech Program

Tommy’s is developing a Wash Tech program to help our customers drive efficiency and quality. Available to any customer who purchases a Tommy’s detergent, this program includes a quarterly, in-person visit from a Tommy’s team member to assess wash quality and help your team learn how to troubleshoot and solve mechanical problems that can occur on-site.
